Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct research on the company’s material procurement, screen high-quality suppliers and establish partnerships to ensure reasonable procurement costs.
2. Follow up the entire procurement order process, coordinate logistics, inspection and warehousing, and ensure materials are delivered on time.
3. Regularly sort out inventory status, formulate procurement plans based on demand, and avoid overstocking or stockouts.
4. Organize procurement-related documents and contracts, build a clear procurement ledger, and cooperate with the finance department for reconciliation.
5. Monitor market price fluctuations and industry trends, optimize procurement strategies in a timely manner, and improve procurement efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in supply chain management, logistics or related majors; fresh graduates are preferred.
2. Understand procurement processes and material category knowledge, and have basic cost accounting awareness.
3. Possess good communication and negotiation skills, and can effectively coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
4. Proficient in office software such as Excel, and able to process data and reports efficiently.
5. Meticulous and responsible in work, with strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance; able to adapt to phased overtime.
